Project STARLAC (Strengthening Teachers Access to Resources and Learners Activity Courseware) will be one of the division-led, remediation-oriented intervention projects that will be school-based, teacher-managed, and learning-specific to address learning gaps in TLE. This is consistent with the Division Learning Recovery Plan and DO No.17, s.2022, which includes a policy statement highlighting the importance of addressing the teaching and learning gaps encountered in distance learning modalities. It is planned to begin implementation in the 4TH quarter of S.Y. 2022-2023, as well as throughout S.Y. 2023-2024.
